Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Cedric Tyler
Cedric is a leading global expert in business process analysis. He has been recognised by international analyst groups (Gartner, Forrester and others), academic institutions and the US Federal Government, and has been instrumental in the evolution of the BPM and business analysis industry worldwide.
- He is the principal author of the best-selling Business Genetics: Understanding 21st Century Corporations using xBML (Wiley), now in its second printing and translated into Hindi and Mandarin.
- Cedric sits on numerous international industry boards and bodies, and has assessed BPM, business analysis and business requirements solutions for Fortune 500 companies worldwide. He has worked with leading corporations and government bodies such as Microsoft, Warner Bros., Qwest Communications, Standard Bank of South Africa, AMP, Entergy, USDA, NIH, FDA and the US Navy.
- He has advised some of the world's leading corporations and many US Federal Government agencies on business process analysis methods and business requirements. He has twice given testimony to the US Congress, showing legislators the impact of legislation on business.
- His methods and technologies have been described as “breakthrough”, “may transform the market” and “next generation” by clients, analysts and academics.
- Cedric is responsible for BusinessGenetics' operations in North America, Africa and Australia. He also helped a national government with a business analysis job-creation programme: over 500 formerly disadvantaged, unemployed graduates have completed it, with a 93% employment rate.
